The order is placed by selecting the desired products from https://www.todo-soft.com/ and adding them to the shopping cart. The order must be confirmed by the customer, after verifying the accuracy of the contents of the shopping cart, by using the "Order completion" button.
The price displayed at the time of the order completion includes VAT. The shipping cost is also specified in the order - this being 15 Ron, if the value of the order is less than 200 RON. If the value of the order exceeds 200 RON, the shipping cost is free. These shipping costs apply to areas within Fan Courier / Urgent Cargus range of operation. If the delivery address is not within this range of operation, the shipping cost will be communicated to you by phone and we will ask you to confirm whether you agree with these conditions or not.
By placing the order, the customer agrees that a representative of https://www.todo-soft.com/ will contact him by any available means agreed between the parties (e-mail / phone) in order to confirm the order. The email you originally received is just an acknowledgment of receipt of your order request. Your contract to purchase these products is not fully completed until we send you an email notifying you that the products have been shipped.

- HOW THE ORDERED PRODUCTS ARE PAID AND DELIVERED

Any order placed on the website https://www.todo-soft.com/ has contractual value and implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of use.
Products are delivered by courier.
For products that exceeds 500 Ron (up to 3 kg), no transport fees are charged.
For orders with a value of less than 500 Ron (up to 3 kg), the transport fees amount to 19 Ron..
In the case of packages exceeding 3 kg, a fee of 1 Ron + VAT will be charged for each additional kg, regardless of the value of the package (also valid for Bucharest).
Delivery will be made within 24-48 hours from the confirmation of the order, except on Sundays and public holidays. In exceptional cases, in which the ordered product is not in stock at the time of placing the order, you will be notified by the operators of https://www.todo-soft.com/ about the possibility of delivery at a later date, which is not however guaranteed.
It is possible that a product with depleted stock can no longer be returned to stock, respectively its price or characteristics may differ at a later purchase. Products that are not currently in stock cannot be delivered.
The fiscal invoice will be sent in electronic format to the e-mail address provided. The client can request at any time later the invoice in printed format, signed and stamped, if the activity provided requires this (the owner is a legal entity) or simply wants to keep the invoice in printed format.
https://www.todo-soft.com/ does not accept payment of orders by debit or credit card. In case of canceled orders which have already been sent to the customer, the refund of the order value will be made only after the return of the package shipped.
No deliveries are made outside Romania.

- OUR RESPONSABILITIES RELATED TO THE DLIVERED GOODS
https://www.todo-soft.com/ guarantees the replacement and / or acceptance of the return of the products that will be considered non-compliant with the website description or with the customer's expectations within 14 calendar days from their delivery. https://www.todo-soft.com/ is not responsible for the non-timely delivery of the products, if the delays are caused by the delivery company.
The stocks of products displayed on the site may differ in certain situations from the actual stocks, therefore the confirmation of the products and / or of the orders will be made exclusively by telephone. The order confirmation received by e-mail does not offer any guarantee regarding the reservation of the products or the stock and has no fiscal value.
The images that are presented on the site are exemplary, the products may differ from them in terms of color, appearance or functionality, and in this case https://www.todo-soft.com/ guarantees the return of products within 14 days from the delivery date. The characteristics and availability of the products presented on this site are subject to change without notice.
The maximum value of the obligations of https://www.todo-soft.com/ towards any client in case of non-delivery or improper delivery of the purchased products is the value of the amounts collected by our company from the respective client. If the prices or other details regarding the products were displayed incorrectly, because they were entered wrong in the database, https://www.todo-soft.com/ reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the product and to notify the customer as soon as possible about the error. Orders that are not confirmed by phone will be canceled.
- HOW CAN A PRODUCT BE RETUNED? INFORMATION REGARDING THE CANCELLATION RIGHT
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days, without the need for motivation. The withdrawal period expires in 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, must not show signs of use and packing traces, its labels and accompanying documents must also be returned.
If the returned product is damaged, has clear signs of use and cannot be sold as a new product we reserve the right to reduce the value of the product to cover the price difference between a new product and a used product, and if the product is in a condition in which we cannot resell it, we reserve the right to refuse the product.
For reasons of hygiene, return linen or other intimate items are not accepted (eg: breast pumps, nasal aspirators, sterilizers, aerosol devices, breast pads, pacifiers, etc. or which are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly). Also, products worn, used and with broken labels, products from the food and cosmetics category cannot be returned.
The products should preferably be returned in their original box.
The return expenses will be covered by the CUSTOMER who is also responsible for providing a bank account. The refund of the products value will be made within 14 days from the return, in the specified bank account.
The return transport cost is 19 lei for products weighing up to 3 kg, and for packages exceeding 3 kg, the transport cost is 35 lei, if the customer agrees to have the product picked up by Seller's courier.
If you paid a shipping fee when you received the package, its value will not be refunded.

- After receiving the product, its conformity is verified, and within a maximum of 14 days the bank transfer is made to the account indicated by you.
According to article 9, Emergency Order no. 34/2014 of June 4, 2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with legal entitys, "the consumer benefits from a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract or from a contract outside the commercial premises, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided in art. 13 para. (3) and in art. 14. "
According to article 13 of the Emergency Order no. 34/2014
"(1) The legal entity (SC TODO SOFWARE CONCEPT SRL) reimburses all amounts received as payment from the consumer, including, if applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which he is informed of the decision to withdraw the consumer from the contract in accordance with art. 11.
(2) The legal entity reimburses the amounts mentioned in par. (1) using the same payment methods as those used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has agreed to another payment method and provided that it is not the responsibility of the consumer to pay fees following the refund . "
Obligations of the consumer in case of withdrawal, according to article 14 of the Emergency Order no. 34/2014
"(1) Unless the legal entity has offered to recover the products himself, the consumer returns the products or hands them over to the legal entity or to a person authorized by the legal entity to receive the products, without undue delay and within 14 days from the date of which he communicated to the legal entity his decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with art. 11. The deadline is met if the products are sent back by the consumer before the expiration of the 14-day period.
(2) The consumer shall cover only the direct costs related to the return of the products, unless the legal entity agrees to cover those costs or the legal entity has not informed the consumer that these costs must be covered by the consumer. [...]
(3) The consumer is responsible only for the diminution of the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary for determining the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. The diminution of the value of the products must not be discouraging for the consumer in exercising his right of withdrawal. Regardless of the situation, the consumer is not responsible for diminishing the value of the products in case the legal entity has failed to inform him about the right of withdrawal in accordance with art. 6 para. (1) lit. h).
(4) The legal entity must be able to prove the diminution of the value of the products which results differently from what is necessary for the determination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. "

The returned products will be sent or brought personally to the warehouse address of SC TODO SOFWARE CONCEPT SRL, the address that will be communicated by the sales agent when the return is notified to him. The products will NOT be returned by Romanian Post and will not be sent to any other address than the one specified by the sales agent.
If the ordered product does not correspond to the presentation on the website https://www.todo-soft.com/ or has manufacturing defects, you can request its replacement or return its value within 15 calendar days from the moment when you received it.
Information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without specifying the reasons, within 14 calendar days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party, indicated by you, other than the carrier, enter into physical possession of the products or, in the case of multiple goods ordered into a single order and delivered separately, the date on which you or a third party, indicated by you, other than the carrier, enter into physical possession of the last product.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, using an unequivocal statement sent by email, mail, telephone, fax, SMS or verbal to SC TODO SOFWARE CONCEPT SRL at any of the contact details provided for this purpose.
It is not mandatory to use a certain format to announce your withdrawal from this contract.
In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to communicate to us, in writing, that you would like to exercise your right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

We will make this refund using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another refund method; In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such a refund.
We may defer the refund until the date we receive the products back or until the time you provide us with proof that you have returned the products.
Ship the products or hand them directly to us at the address of the warehouse from which they were originally shipped. You will receive the address in writing, by email, immediately after confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal request, without undue delay and, in any case, during of maximum 14 calendar days from the date on which you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the expiration of the 14-calendar day period.
You will have to cover the direct cost of returning the products.
You are only responsible for diminishing the value of the products resulting from use, other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and operation of the products.
